Late delivery and damaged goods

Ordered bathroom tiles, taps, basin and a whole lot of other necessities to complete an entire bathroom worth R20k. We needed the twin shower mixers right away as the plumber was booked, the rest was to be delivered. We should not have trusted Bazil, because when we arrived home, we realized he charged us more for the mixers and that it was not what we ordered. Took it back the next day - still waiting for my refund! Delivery was done, only half the order received. Promise was made to deliver the Thursday which never happened. Friday morning he phones to applogise and promised it would be deliverd that same day - still nothing. Saturday they phone to deliver but cannot say what time, so I refused to stay home the whole day just for them to break another empty promise. Today 24/06 delivery was made - I get home, they haven't delivered the basin. The twin shower mixers turned out to be two different things and one of them is in pieces and badly damaged - it was also not packaged the same way as the other one. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again. Will post on Facebook to alert other possible victims. Fast to take your money but slow to keep their promises.
