Items paid for not delivered, money not refunded

Bought a toilet at Ferreira's more than two months ago. On delivery same week of purchase the seat was never delivered. Followed up with sales person who referred this to management - Russell - who was very unprofessional, not helpful at all, his story changed continuously saying seat was organized. To date I do not have toilet seat. Then ordered Hansgrohe taps (two) at over R4000 - on pick up realized it was wrong item. Store still charged me over R600 handling fee for their own mistake. Followed up for last two weeks - still not refunded my money. Staff at shop say they are exhausted of trying to get Russell the manager to co operate. Called Russell again on Friday 8 Nov and he said he would call back. 30 min later he left the store for the weekend. Very poor service, no accountability, rotten attitude and no regard for customer service at all. I have no toilet seat and no refund from the store.
