Excellent service

The sales person Clara was knowledgeable of her products, and made every effort to meet my needs. She ordered goods not in stock from another store and promised delivery, which happened 2 days before her original deadline. I notice her training another staff member on the same day while I was browsing and did this with patience and good knowledge.

The store manager, Loyce, recognised me when I returned to the store to collect the goods ordered and knew which items I'd ordered, even though she was not directly involved in my original interactions but a by stander.

These ladies service was excellent, and I trust they will receive due recognition for their contributions. They have set the benchmark for service for me. Thank you Clara and Loyce.
