INCONVENIENCE

Good day - yesterday late afteroon i popped in at Woolworths - Palmyra shopping centre. 3 cashiers - i went to the first one; at the same time, staff was busy clearing the fridges which made it extremely difficult for me to get to the cashier to unpack my goods. I asked for the manager; who apologised and said that the "contractor ordered this" I told him that since his managing the store, he has the last say & in fact he should have arranged that the work be done after hours. The WW brand is associated with excellent customer service and always putting the customer first - this time it failed!
