Excellent service

We did our Christmas shopping at Makro Vaal today (22 Desember). The store was overrun with shoppers, it was almost impossible to move with our trolley through the isles and the queue was probably a good 500m long. Considering all of this, and even though the staff must have been tired, all the employees were friendly and helpful, and we didn't stand in the queue for longer than 10 minutes (as guaranteed). The 'spot discounts' were great, and the announcer professional and friendly. Thank you for the excellent service. I abhor shopping, and especially Christmas shopping, but your staff's wonderful attitude and the short wait in one of the longest queues I have ever seen in my life made for a pleasant shopping experience.
