Unprofessional Poor Service

My wife contacted Crystal Fires to sweep our chimney and remove a dead bird. Twice they never arrived for the appointments. I decided to take over the project and unknowingly contacted the same crowd. They arrived at my property loaded with excuses and removing the dead bird, not bothering about the rest of the chimney. The odor persisted and we contacted them to return and complete the job. That is when I met Angus (sub contractor) who was sent in to complete the job. He was not briefed and arrived without correct tools. Since he left my property he has had endless amount of excuses for not coming back, be faithfully promised to call before he would come and one morning did not call and just arrived un announced. Needless to say I was in my office working and the Nanny not having an instruction did not give access. I then attempted to resolve the matter with Louise who calls herself Marie at times to avoid the "heat". She put the phone down on me three time after I remained calm and wanted to resolve the matter peacefully, no such luck.

My advice is not to even call these people or let them on your property, unprofessional, arrogant, aggressive by nature. R850 "hard lesson"
