Plumbers On Call

Needed plumber asap, found website on internet. Booked a call for a plumber to come. Stated it was an emergency. 6 hours later I am still waiting for a plumber. Was never told that the turn around time would be 6 hours or more!! Whats the point of calling them if they dont come?
