Many months ago a pipe leaked in the wall in the kitchen after all arrangements the plumber arrived and repaired the pipe then another contractor was sent to replace the kitchen cupboards and sink cupboards this contractor arrived measured all and left then after or over a month my wife contacted Absa who then got hold of the contractor the contractor arrived at my house and requested that i paint the cupboards and doors at a price he loaded the items off at my house. The items where painted and returned to my house i then phoned the contractor more then once eventually he came and put them in old hyndges no handles no painting of wall and promised to correct his mistakes i have now left over 30 messages and voice mails and still no response is this the type of service i receive after over 25 years of insurance at ABSA HOME LOANS DIVISION SAD PLEASE THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND ACTION MUST BE TAKEN.
