WORST SERVICE EVER - DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!

We ordered and paid for our airconditioning unit last year and promised installation within days but no-one arrived. This happened about 6 times to us - they would promise to come on a certain day, then just wouldn't arrive and didn't even have the decency to phone and tell us. We were just left waiting and waiting. After a few weeks of false promises we decided to change our order to a different unit as they assured us they had stock of this and could fit it the next day. Needless to say, they did not come that day either but came the following week. Approximately a month had now gone by from the time we ordered to installation! The airconditioning unit now appears to be faulty or installed incorrectly and we were advised that they would come fix it yesterday afternoon. 5pm arrived and no service men and no telephone calls. We phoned and they said they would be there by 6:30 pm, which is a very inconvenient time but we just wanted the unit fixed. 7pm arrived and still no-one had arrived. My husband tried telephoning but the cellphone just remained unanswered. I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional & incompetent service in all my life!
