Poor Service - Gordon Ridge Construction

I am still waiting for Gordon Ridge Construction to honor its contractual obligations to complete my build. Gordon Ridge Construction was presented with our snag list in July 2012. They were due to return to the job today - 21 January 2014, they didn't arrive.
Some of the items on our snag list have been attended to, but the majority are still pending completion!
I posted this complaint last year and would like to repeat it here...
It took Gordon Ridge Construction a whole year to complete a relatively small build. The entire process was fraught with issues, unhappy and unpaid workmen, unhappy and unhappy contractors, and poor supervision, which resulted in substandard work. I now sit with a leaking roof, wooden flooring which is popping up, unsealed tiles, water damage, damp, damaged aluminium windows and door frames, roof sheeting that billows in the South Easter, no roofing insulation in one section of the house, electrical problems, cracks, oil stains, glue spills, interior doors that don't close and I could go on. I am very dissatisfied with Gordon Ridge Construction, Fish Hoek.
