I took on Red Rockets Contractors (Gavin and Adam) from Durban to renovate my premises in The Wheel shopping center. They were quite fast until i paid the deposit. The job took some time. With no experience I paid the final amount after allot of battling with them. My floor is uneven, the wall badly chipped at top. I emailed them only for Gavin to pass the blame on me. We have been sending emails for days now only for them to say they HELPING me... I paid over R16 300 odd for a bad job. I cannot lay the vinyl tiles as they insist I pay an external contractor's labour and they buy the cement. They absorbed a cost of a door and handles without once acknowledging it but quick to pass the buck on a bad job. They have made NO effort whatsoever to fix this floor. It's going to cost another contractor, materials and labour. Very bad attitude and I will NOT recommend any one to make use of their services. Any one want proof are welcome to contact me.
