What a dissapointment

We ordered 700 square metres of the laguna light beige tile at Tiletoria. The sales person (Tess Miller) assured us that there won't be any problems to supply us with addtional tiles from the same batch and shade if required.
We needed an additional 16 boxes to finish our house and ordered this beginning of September 2012.

When they delivered (only 8 of the 16 boxes) we noticed that the colour was completely different. They came back a week later with the remainder of the tiles and AGAIN it was the wrong colour (same shade but different batch). The driver was happy to return the tiles but said he will arrange with the wharehouse to collect the tiles with a light vehicle. It is now 10 months later. They did not refund me for the full amount we paid. Why should customers pay for deliveries that were completely wrong.
Worst of all is that we still need the additional 16 boxes to finish our house. How is it possible that they do not have even one single box of the same batch and shade at any of the hundreds of branches they supply to??? The only reply we got from the Wharehouse manager was "Sorry but we have NO stock"
Easy for them to say sorry but this does not solve our problem
