Wish they got it right first time!

I'm redecorating my house and purchased a particular set of floor tiles. Italtile delivered the incorrect tiles! We returned them and they delivered the 'correct' batch of tiles. I noticed they were still not the tiles I purchased! Returned them and they apologised saying that it was the right tile but came from a different 'batch'. Got the correct tile home at last only to be told by the tiler that a box of my chosen tiles was shared with some totally unrelated tiles. Italtile blamed it on the factory manufacturer. When paying for tiles purchased, no receipt as no ink in the printer! All worked out eventually but what a schlepp! Sales person Andrew told me that if I had any further problems I should contact him. I did - the next day, but he had gone on two weeks leave! Sales Person 'Marco' eventually saved the day. I really thought their smart premises indicated a professional operation.
