What a pleasure!

We contacted this company for the fist time through their website in December 2013, we had heard friends and relatives discussing them before and decided to get hold of them for a quotation. the quotation process went off without a hitch and the job was booked for late December just in time for the festive season.
Although my wife and I were very happy with the service and with team that came out to do the job (very friendly helpful chaps I must add!) we only realised that the walk in cupboard had been over looked a few days later!
by this time the offices were closed and the telephones were ringing to voicemail and going by previous experiences with other companies we were not overly confident that they would be happy to come back for such a small area...
My wife sent an email to Frank, who we had dealt with for the original job, he responded saying arrangements would be made when the company re-opened!
This morning (6th January) we received a call from Frank saying he would be in the area at about 11am if it would suit us to come and clean the walk in, my wife made arrangements to meet his team there and the cupboard was cleaned!
NO CHARGE!
We are absolutely delighted!.AMAZING!
