I have had my fare share of bad service when it comes to air-conditioning units. Charles may be a difficult person to get hold of but with good reason. He is so popular that he has to even take his days off and holidays to come and see you. He has been honest and does all he can to give you the best possible option without trying to break your bank. He is a professional who gives you the best service he can even when he is so busy. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for our company.
