Poor service

My roof of the house I just bought is leaking. The seller appointed Page Property Developers to attend to the roof. Russ Page, the owner and project manager is rude, unprofessional and doesn't know what he is doing (or does and doesn't care). I had Universal Roofing out to assess the repairs made by Page Property Developers. The repairs were not done correctly. Cheap, acrylic sealer was painted over the UV resistant silver coating of the flat roof membrain. When asked to supply a statement of the work carried out and the warrantee he refused. To date I have received nothing.
