Doggy Ways Poor Service

I decided to use a company to look after my pets in December 2013 whilst I took my family on holiday, my wife found a company by name Doggy Ways on the internet the was based in our area, all seemed very professional as the company has a website with testimonials etc. we contacted the person listed on the site namely Charlene Becker who seemed very friendly and helpful at first, we had to pay a deposit in order to secure her services for the time that we would be on holiday. My wife paid a deposit and a meeting was arranged for Charlene to come and meet our pets (three Jack Russells) She did not show up for the meeting making excuse after excuse, we had to arrange other people to look after our pets as she now simply was not returning any of our calls and we had to leave for holiday. My wife sent her a text message that we wanted our deposit back as she never delivered a service to us, she replied that a portion of our deposit would be paid back as we cancelled the agreement, point is she never showed up to meet us or made any effort to contact us.
my purpose with this post is to simply make other people aware of this company and the way they people out of their money.
