NON INSTALLATION

I requested a quote from Cupboard Value Durban North. They have put extreme pressure on me to pay the deposit and then a further 40% before installation which I did. I was promised that installation would take place before the 14th of December as I am expecting visitors to occupy my guest room. They did not pitch up at the time as agreed and the installation could not take place as no one was at home. As at today I have not heard from them, they are not taking my calls and I do not know if they have closed for the festive season. I am extremely disappointed!!! My guests arrived and I am embarrassed.
