Great Attitude, Great Service and a Great Result

The challenge was that 3 of my bedrooms have carpets that simply would not come clean regardless of the availability and use of off the shelf or hired products. The name Chem Dry was recommended to me and i emailed the franchise / branch within my location with an enquiry. Within a matter of hours Frank Neto made contact and my initial impression was good. Frank was polite, friendly and took the time to listen and understand my challenges which in my opinion is a sign that Frank clearly understood his business. Frank advised that he could be onsite the following morning at 9am and i agreed to utilise his services immediately.

The commitment for the following morning was kept and Chem Dry were onsite by 9.10am. The crew consisted of 3 and their work ethic and co-ordination was impeccable, note that the crew took the time to move and return all furniture back to their original position after cleaning was completed.

To be honest i had my doubts that these "heavily stained" carpets could be cleaned, i was wrong, the carpets look new. I have no hesitation in recommending Frank Neto and his team at Chem-Dry.
