DIESEL TECH ROOIHUISKRAAL NONE PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS

Frank was working for Neels at Dieseltech for 8 months of which he only recieved 3 and half months of salary. Then Frank did not go back to work and started working at another company. Then Neels came and asked Frank to build him a 10 000 liter diesel tenk for vodacom. Which Frank did, but he emailed and complaint several times to Neels that the spec's for the tank is incorrect and the metal sheets to thin. Neels said he must continue. The tank was build but could not be pressure tested as there was not such equipment at the company where Frank works. Frank was told not to load the tank untill paid on which Neels told him to load the tank the money was paid over already. It was never paid.
Later Neels claimed the tank was leaking but Frank was never given time or change to check it himself..

Untill today 11 months later Franks salary and the payment for the tank was never done although there are several sms's to the effect that arrangements will be made to pay the tank.
