Not getting delivery and feedback

I applied for a loan with them, immediately when it approved i handed in the quotation. That was on the 7th of December 2013. On the 9th of the same month, i got a sms from head office telling me to go and make sure that my material is delivered. i called the person who helped me by the name of Josiah, he told me that he will look into it when he gets to the office and call me back. He did not. i called the office everyday, n even went there with no luck of finding him. and everybody told me that he's the only one who can help me. Now today when i called the office again i have been told the they can only deliver my material in January cause they are closing tomorrow!!!
