Poor Service by Renovators Empire

Renovators Empire was contracted to renovate 2 bathrooms (tile removal, retiling, ceiling, electrical, plumbing and sanitary ware installation), paint 2 bedrooms and remove old BICs.
The supplier used un-certified and illegal contractors, was not on site to give proper instructions, did no project management or record taking of any sort, did not take quality seriously, over-looked faults until the client pointed these out, did not respond well to complaints and could not provide reasonable explanations of why things continuously went wrong. This resulted in rework, delays and damage to clients property.

This contractor claims to have 30 years building experience but is a artist who over charges and is not at all concerned with correcting faults he has made.

Renovators Empire should not be trusted or used for any work. Beware.
