Money for not new material and no Feedback

I am peturbed by the fact that I was told to buy a new Office Communication Book/Study Material for 2013 from College SA for the amount of R1050 which i gladly paid over and received the book with the couriers. I had received the 2012 addition last year and was told that this material is updated. However when I compared books there is absolutely no change on the course material the questions and answers are exactly the same. I feel that I have been cheated out of R1050 and will definitely not buy material again as nothing has changed. My other concern is that I ordered 3 books on my further works form Office Communication being one and then also Business and Office Admin 1 & Business Law and Admin, i received the first two books and not the Business Law and Admin book. When i called my advisor he wasn't available on 3 occassions when i eventually got hold of him after sending emails he said that he would sort the situation out and come back to me. I called at 2pm at 4pm I had no answer. When i called again and spoke to him he couldn't even remember why i was calling him. Imagine i had to call him back after he said he would call me back. I want my book and money back.
