Worst service ever!! No one wants to help you!!

I applied for the first time at the branch on 6 June 2013 and was told that someone from head office will callme back. The afternoon Alex called me saying they need a letter and I got the letter and sent it to him on 11 June 2013 He kept on telling me I should wait for feedback. Because I need the money urgently I called the head office who told me the loan was declined because they needed the letter. I've sent e-mails from e-mail address I got from their web site that keeps coming back saying I should use another one. No one has came back to me since. On thursday Alex called me and was extremely rude to me and raised his voice when I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he's on leave and when I ask for the 2ic I was told there is not one and was told I should call back because he called me. On Friday I spoke to Shelly who had to recapture the loan and sent the letter to their head office. I called today and head office said the loan is on pending when I spoke to Shelly she said I should just wait they cannot even follow up on the application the will call me once the loan is approved. Ineed the money urgently but African Bank couldn't care less. I'm very disappointed!! :(
