Lack of Service and Feedback from Head Office

I have registered a number of complaints about my couch purchase and have received a call and authorization to replace my all the cushion covers of my two couches. I have raised my concern that I don't feel that the type of material will wear well and requested to have the material changed. Coricraft is expecting me to pay for new slip covers for my couches which I have already paid R12000 for and must now pay another R4000 to R6000. I have visited the store where I purchased the couches who has called head office and told me that someone will call me. I am still waiting and I am not willing to pay for new slip covers. If I knew that firstly I would have shocking service and secondly no confidence in the material used I would not have bought these couches. I could have gone elsewhere and bought better couches
