BAD SERVICE AND PRIVATE INFO GOING TO SOMEONE ELS

Last Year we applied for styding at intec for 2013 season. We were told that we have to enter before end of november 2012. We did as requested. In the T&C's it was said that it would take 21days for delivery. We told them that they can deliver it the 7th of Jan 2012, because we went on vacation, all was well. at the end of that same week we tried to emailed & phoned them to let them know than we had a problem and that i am pregnant, we wanted to cancel this because of an unexpected miracle. They never came back to us after repeated emails. On the 15th of Jan 2013 the study material was delivered & we send them back because no response was received. A few days later we had a response and it was said that we will brake contract, we told them that they broke the contract because 21 days delivery were past. We discused that we would come to an agreement witch was declined at first. We accepted that the problem was real. Today we received our study material, and geuss what it was not ours. The main concern is that SA is full of crime & with wrongly delivered Material anyone could have our info &address. THIS IS GOING PUBLIC
