No Response at all and poor Service

This is what happened. I've applied for a loan on-line on the 30th December, and was approved on-line. The 31th December they called me and went threw my details again. I went to my nearest Branch, Kroonstad on the 2nd of Jan, 08:30. I was approved for a loan and credit card. Everything was approved at the bank and I signed the papers, received my credit card, and was told that the money would be transferred by the afternoon. The next morning, I walk pass the bank and the assistant who helped me, saw me walking by. She called me in for a reprint of my fingerprints, we did everything as it should be done. Then she told me AGAIN, that the money would be in by the afternoon. Saturday morning I have called the call centre, they told me that the transaction is in assessment. Monday morning I called the call centre and told me that they are awaiting the documents from the branch, I called the Branch, they told me that all documents have been mailed to the Head office. The same story up to Wednesday afternoon, when I called again Call centre, Then suddenly i've been Declined, and they can't tell me the reason why. Not once did any one called me back. I Still have no Answer.
