I contacted AAA Electrical to come and do a COC on a property I sold. They did not arrive for the first appointment and never notified us that they will not be coming out.
Second appointment they were late, third appointmet they failed the COC based on a couple of reasons we disputed and arranged for another meeting with them.
They arrived late again due to being stopped at the e-tol for having no number plates and the back lights of the car not being up to standard.
When they arrived they had a bad attitude and one of the men clearly was not a South Africa citizen.
We requested to perform the COC testing while we are there and theu refused and could not produce theequipment needed to perform the tests. We requested that they leave the property.
We arranged with another elcetrician to come do the COC testing and he found that they did not do any of the tests as they should have because there were several things that they missed. They fixed it and we got our COC.
