Install defective goods and then wont repai

Supplier installed a shade cloth awning in front of my property. At the time of installation Tony guaranteed that the cantilever design would be strong enough for the application. Subsequently, the structure has failed twice. The first time i battled for over a month to get the supplier on site. The "repair" did not address the core issue and structure has once again failed.
When the supplier was contacted for repair, the supplier proceeded to make commitments to arrive on site and then did not. When he finally arrived on site he then quoted on an additional requirement (R10k for a R1, 8k job) and proceed to say that if we did not accept the quote he would not repair the awning.
The product is patently defective since install and Sunblock Covers and Tony have washed their hands of it and are trying to stand behind a non existent "warranty" clause.

DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF CHARLATANS... YOU WILL REGRET IT
