Two Weeks- Still Nothing- Shocking

It's been over two weeks ago that I reported the matter and claimed for replacement of plumbing and electrical cabling taken from my property. Last week Friday I got confirmation that the Plumber will be there on Tuesday 5pm and I would need to pay excess. I made the transfer as requested. Tuesday 5pm came and gone. At about 6pm I called to get feedback as to why he is late. I was then told by their call centre the guy will no longer be coming and will call me the next day to reschedule. It is Friday again and still nothing. Further to this no electrician even came out to assess the damage let alone come to fix it. All of this has delayed further renovations I have pending on the property as I cant do the tiling unless plumbing and electrical work is done. This also means that for the last two weeks no one could live in the house as there's no water supply due to the taps all being. Outsurance sent me an email for survey purposes. I gave a bad scoring but still no call from Outsurance. So no longer believe all the promises such as EASY CLAIMS process and AWESOME service- Rubbish. Outsurance is responsible for the panel of service providers they use- so take responsibility
