Threatening to cancel contract after full payment

I've complaint a few times about our roof that's leaking even more after they've replaced it. Temporary "fixed" it so they can go on holiday, after I demanded Johan to come fix the leak before they go on holiday. "Fixed by someone else and promised to finish when they come back. Still leaking! Phoned to find out when we can expect them, because we were under the impression it would be Monday 02/12/13, could not get hold of them. Finally got hold of them this morning, and Tanya is threatening me to come and take the roof off again and refund our money. Hopefully they will come to finish the job we've paid in FULL, by Wednesday, as promised now by Johan. They've fitted a motor at the gate, with the wires still above ground, after they've promised to fix it, nothing yet, ceiling boards only to where the eye can see, inside cupboards there's no ceiling board, you can see the roof, we had to point that out.
