Roof Leaks

I have a house in Fleurhof Ex3, the roof was leaking from the day I moved in the ceiling was damaged, I reported the matter, and they came and replaced the ceiling, but the roof still leaked i reported the matter about 6 time they came and did something each time but the roof still persist to leak.

Now I go for the 7th time they tell me it has been 6 months since i moved in so they do not do any more repairs. The question is how can they say that when they haven't resolved the matter in 6 months I have been reporting.

My request is please fix this roof leaks since i found the house like this and i reported in time, pleas do not tell me stories.
