Leaking roof / Damaged ceiling

Harcourts George was the agent when we recently bought a house. Due to the seller's extreme ill health Harcourts handled every aspect of negotiations etc. One of the explicit conditions to the sale was that Harcourts ensured a 100% leak free roof. They had to supply us with a roof certificate. GP Koning issued a report and Harcourts appointed Roofpainter Garden Route (Mr PW Steinberg) to fix and paint the roof. The seller contributed to the costs. Roofpainter had to return on two more occasions after heavy rains as it was clear that the leaks had not been fixed. The end result now is that we have a massive hole in the ceiling in our living room (ceiling caved in due to water leakage). Harcourts George tendered a ridiculous R1, 600 to fix the ceiling damage.
