Exclusive Granite Design
Most rude person I have ever had to deal with!!!

I ordered granite from Exclusive Granite Design for one of my jobs, I paid the deposit as requested and they were supposed to install Friday of last week, they got to the site at 15:00. They then said there is not enough time to do the installation. I phoned them Friday to confirm that they would come back on Saturday morning, they only got there at 13:00 and the site closes at 14:00, which they were aware of. On Monday morning I phoned again, to hear that they were going to another site again, after our conversation, they said that they would go back to my site Monday morning. At 10:30 I received a phone call from the owner Danie Jacobs, screaming and swearing at me, that the site wasn't ready for installation. He said that he will do what he can and that I should pay the outstanding amount, and he will see if he can come back next year some time, this was all said with a very bad attitude while he was swearing in between. The site was ready for their granite installation, because their job was completed after they started on monday. With an attitude like that he will only recieve his money next year. I wont refer him to anyone ever again!!!
