They refuse to honour their guarantee

In 2010 I paid wondercoat to water proof my roof, fix the tiles and apply wondercoat roof coating system to stop my roof from leaking, i was given a 10 year guarantee. 2013 January, i reported that my roof is still leaking. My phone bill can prove i have called them over 20 times this year. 2 months ago they sent workers out, the workers were to return to finish the work the next day yet to this date they have not. Scot claimed a machine to spray the roof is being fixed, Tim claimed a sales agent will come out to attend to my problem, Johan the sales agent has refused to come out and claims they can't fix it they have tried, he now also refuses to return my phone calls. Maybe if the workers had returned and completed the job the leaks would be fixed, how can they claim it cannot be fixed and refuse to complete a job they started and refuse to refund my money? I hired them to fix my roof they now claim they cannot, they should therefore refund my money so i can hire someone else to fix it.

Unfortunately I have recommended them to several people but will not do so in the future.
