Bad attitude and service

I had two AC units installed, one external compressor was supposedly pushed off it's bracket by a tree branch and broke the units feet, the tree had been there for 16 years and he mounted the unit on the existing brackets. The other unit spils condensate out of the internal unit and not down the drain. When he changed this one he had to lift the roof and now the roof leaks. His comments are "Do not make your problem mine". His attitude changes big time once he has your money
