Dont use this Company!!!

VAST called on us at a time that we were in need of repairs to a hail damaged roof. Quote accepted, we went ahead and paid the deposit. On removing the ceilings in our bedroom they failed to put down a dust cover so 30 years of dust and dirt was deposited onto our new carpets. New ceilings installed they then painted them, also without a dust cover. Our new carpets now looked anything but new! When I told them that I would not pay the balance until the carpets had been cleaned I was told that he (the contractor) would send all 12 of his labourers to my house, as he still had my house keys and gate remote, and they would wait in my house for me to "explain to them when I got home as to why they had not been paid". The long and the short is I paid them to go away. I never got my guarantee for the roof & ceiling repairs and guess what?? THE ROOF IS LEAKING AGAIN!!! As can be expected they will not assist me and insurance won't pay for further repairs to the roof. My advise to anyone who is considering using these for their repairs/renovations... DON'T!!!
