Worst Aluminium Company

The service is terrible. The owners are unreliable and untrustworthy. They constantly miss deadlines set by themselves. Not proactive in resolving problems and coming up with solutions like most good contractors would, instead they would rather constantly come up with creative excuses as to why their work is not done.

Worst of all, they do not communicate. I, as the client/customer, have to be the one constantly chasing them and finding out what is happening. They have no concept of what customer service is. The quality of the work is embarrassingly pathetic.

The owner is a and a. He is dishonest and unscrupulous. He lacks any ethics and morals.
This is the worst aluminium company I have ever come across.
