No response to problems

Have had bulding and renovation work done at my property in Highlands North JHB. work comenced beginning August 2013 was told it would take 3 months. At the beginning September I sent an Email listing complaints that I ad NO RESPONSE as no help was forthcoming I tried to communicate via cellphone. Several times I contacted Nord the salesman who was my Initial contact. Again NO RESPONSE.
The contract is now completed and my problems have increased 10 fold if not 100 fold and another E mail was sent yesterday witholding any further payments until I get some satisfaction AGAIIN NO RESPONSE
Hope you can help me as have now no ideawhat to do next
