WORST SERVICE EVER - REFUND STILL PENDING

I paid in full for a bedroom suite from Essops on Marlboro Drive on the 26th of September at which point I was promised delivery WITHIN 2 weeks which never happened. After numerous phone calls (from my side) with the sale assistant and manager I was told that the supplier's factory had 'burnt down' and that my furniture was in the process of being manufactured and would be delivered within days. After another non delivery I was told to speak directly to the supplier at which point I cancelled my order, it is not my problem to speak to the supplier. I didnt pay the supplier, I paid Essops. Now I am battling with BOTH the head-office and the Sandton store to give me my refund with false promise after false promise DAILY that the payment has been made and still nothing. JUST GIVE ME MY FREAKIN MONEY BACK!!! I DO NOT recommend anyone spending money there.
