Private Property Listings
Do they know what they're doing?

I reported a listing on private property's website. When you do this, it asks you for a reason, which I gave, and I asked that the listing be removed. A couple of days later I received an email asking me to rate the support I received. It attached a response to my query. Firstly, I didn't receive the response. And second, the response asks me: "please enlighten me on why i should remove it". After I already specified the reason when I reported the listing? Seriously??? Please just remove the listing already!
