HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A DECISION???

How long does it take for ADT to make a decision??? - contacted them thro HELLOPETER on 3rd May - still waiting on a response. Got an e mail on 3rd from Sandiselwe making excuses for not answering phone calls then an e mail stating that he tried to contact me telephonically but no messages left!!! "AND SINCE HE WAS NOT ALWAYS AT HIS WORK STATION E MAIL WOULD BE THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO COMMUNICATE".
So I sent him an e mail and got a response on 7th May "LIAISING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES DIV". I sent another e mail to him on 10th still waiting on a response - now 14th and still no response How long does it really take to make a simple decision - lets see what happens after this. Bet I get their standard "electronic" answer again check all their responses - all exactly the same!!!
