Payment up to date but still want to Repossess

Payment on my account made on the 26th of August 2013 from Standard Bank. The payment should show on the MFC account by latest 28 August 2013. My payment due date is only 01 September 2013 as far as I understand because MFC don't think it is important or necessary to communicate via statements or any letters what is the state of the account. I had to find out that MFC had my account up for repossession because one (1) payment is not received. E-mail send to Lincoln [Email Removed] yesterday with no response. Someone is not doing their work and need to be replaced...
