Cancellation of real people loan

Beginning of august I applied for credit and I was approved, but I then decided that I was not ready and requested for a cancellation. I was very surprised to get a statement last month from real people that I owed them money, I immediately we to build it and they made me sign a cancelation letter a week later I called and I was told that the manager was not available to transfer the money back to real people since they need the cancelation letter and the proof of payment, and I was shocked to get another statement from real people again and the fact that they tried debited my account again. I called build it sebokeng today and I was told that the manager was on holiday and he just came back a week ago and when I asked when will my query be attended to I was told that the manager was not available again today and the person that I spoke to said she doesn't know when will my query get resolved, can some please do something about this because real people will try to debit my account again and I can't pay for things that I never got.
