Foshini Group & Real People Credit Bureau

Hi

I was Blacklisted by Foshini, but i managed to pay the account in full last year 04 December 2012. I was then told at Foshini store to fax my proof of payment to the Credit bureau, which I did that the following day. Lusinda Bezuidenhout told me to contact Pienaar Sithole Associates, and request a clearance letter which i must also fax it to Foshini.

I contacted Pienaar Sithole Associates, they then told me my account was handed over to another company called Real People Credit Bureau. I contacted Real people, and they told me to wait for a period of 2-3 weeks.

Nothing came, i then called in the beginning of this year & I was told now that Foshini is the one that should be writing this clearance letter for me not Real People as the payment was made at Foshini stores not into Real People's account.

Last week i called Real people again, I spoke to a lady the name Gail/Gill the again confirmed that Foshini must write the letter, and that they will contact Foshini and try and find out about this.

I really don't know why this is taking long. I just want Foshini to Clear my name
