Paid up acc

I took a loan with real people in 2008/9 and paid it up the following year 2010, I called them for paid up letter and they sent me. to my surprise - on my Trans Union check up, they say I still owe them.

I called them and asked them to clear my name from the Credit check because I do not have a account with them anymore and they told me they cannot do that. *I must do it myself* - what the - if they managed to list me when I took the loan, it means they can clear my name after paid up acc.

Real people are scumbags and once they give you the money - they careless what happens.
