Delayed Cancellation Request

I Had applied for the real people home loan on the 6th of Dec 2013, but due to unforeseen family issues I had cancel it the following day on the 7th of Dec 2013. The consultant at the store promise me that the cancellation will be done within 24hrs. But this was all because I got debited on the 31st of Dec and when I went to the store (BUILD IT Tembisa) Robin informed me that her manager Derick was on vacation and he will be coming in the following week to sort this issue out she promised that I will be contacted soon as the matter got solved.
To my surprise today on the 22 Jan I got call from the real people's collection department informing that I have missed the debit order I have advised them that I cancelled within 24 hours of my application they advised me to get the cancellation form from the store and fax to them, when I tried to call Robin she was rude, had a stinking attitude and she acted like she was doing a favour for processing my cancellation when I got to the store I was told that Derick was not around and she just gave me a copy of the cancellation form that hasn't been signed by the manager she told me that I must sort it cos its not her Job. I'm mad n bitte
