Cancellation Request

I entered into a contract with Real People on behalf of Sandpit Hardware in Vosloorus in the month of October 2012, for an account on building material. I supplied them with all the necessary and correct documents to open this account. They failed to deduct the first instalment from my bank because they had captured the wrong branch code. I called them to make them aware of this discrepancy but instead they sent me from pillar to post. I decided there and then that I don't want to do business with such an institution and I went to Sandpit in November 2012 and requested to cancel the contract and stated the reasons why. They handed me the contract cancellation forms, which I completed and left for them to submit to Real People offices.
On the 6 May I called ITC to check on my status and I was told that Real People had placed me on ITC for a debt of -R52 000.00. I want this record reversed because I did all that I had to do to reverse the business relationship we once were bound by. Another thing, I have never received a statement or a call from Real People notifying me of their intention to lodge my name at ITC.

Please come to my aid and clear my record.
