Going to NCR and Ombudsmin

I called this fuckn dumb call center over and over and told them to move my debit order date, which they did.however they are still debiting on the incorrect date and theres unppaids on my account which is effecting my credit at banks.

If i do not get a call from real people, i will take this up today and real people will be liable for charges
