Real People Feedback NO priority

Seems feedback is not a priority at Real People. After 3 months of requesting a paid up letter, being sent back and forth between Foschini Customer Care Centre and Real People Customer Call Centre, I'm still awaiting upon ANY response and yet no one had been able to assist me. Carmen Singh (Foschini) had informed me that my account had been sold over to Real People in July 2013, which doesn't make sense since all outstanding balances was settled on 31/7/2013 when according tor my knowledge this account was with rldaly. However, Mrs Singh said my account shows T47 which means that it in deed had been sold over to Real People. She then finally sent a high priority email to Ginel Wessels (4/11 and 5/11) working at Real People to assist me in this regard. Ginel Wessels then in return forwarded the mails to Donna Potgieter (Real People) yet NO correspondence had been made, NO feedback had been given and to make things worse 5 of Real People's call centre workers informed me that I am NOT on their system, neither is there anything on the system linking me to Foschini. Since I applied for a homeloan the bank URGENTLY REQUIRES me to hand in this letter! I am fed up with REAL PEOP
